In partnership with your countries’ library consortia, EIFL has negotiated a number of agreements with publishers that secure waived or discounted Article Processing Charges (APCs) for corresponding authors from Ukraine, to publish your articles in open access at a waived or reduced fee. I would like to share the attached title list of eligible journals for researchers from your country with you. The list includes titles from all applicable publishers, and includes details of the offer (waiver or discount), any conditions, and can be searched by subject.
